Hillbilly Bar sits right off Mountain View Drive, and we've built it to feel like a second living room — comfortable, familiar, and always open. We started as a small café serving locally roasted coffee, and over time the bar grew alongside it. Now you can grab a pour-over in the morning and a cold drink when the sun goes down.
